The USDA is sending letters directing states to withhold Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) for the month of November. Depending upon what transpires with the on-going fiasco involving the debt ceiling and alleged government shutdown, the Obama regime could potentially use this as a weapon against their political opponents.
